AI agents

An assistant that answers, books and follows up for you

We build AI agents for small and growing companies and run them for you. They work on WhatsApp and email, in English and Spanish, and they use the tools you already have.

What our agents do today

  • Answer messages from clients on WhatsApp and email
  • Book, move and confirm meetings on your calendar
  • Log leads and conversations in your CRM
  • Prepare invoices, quotes and other documents for your review
  • Send you a summary of the day, or alert you when something needs you
  • Read reports and data from your systems and answer questions about them

Operations agent

Work arrives in one WhatsApp message

Our CEO asks Max for something the way he would ask a colleague. Max does the work, reports back and waits for a yes before anything changes on the live site. This exchange is how the redesign you are reading started.

  1. Bryan, CEO

Good morning Max! Today I want you to work on the website ilbg.co. See what we have, what can be improved, what needs changing. Please send me a proposal in PDF.

    07:34

  2. Good morning, Bryan. The ilbg.co review is running now, and I'll send you the proposal PDF when it's ready. Nothing on the live site changes until you approve the proposal.

    07:35

  3. ilbg-website-proposal.pdfPDF, 24 pages

The ilbg.co proposal is ready: 24 pages, sized to read on your phone. On you: the five calls on page 1.

  4. Bryan, CEO

Go ahead and apply all recommendations

  5. I've started on it, Bryan. The quick fixes go live first, then the rewrite around AI agents. I check the rewrite on a preview link before it goes live.

How we build them

Our own framework

Tether is the framework we built to run agents on Claude, the AI model by Anthropic. It gives each agent its memory, its tools and its rules.

One machine per client

Each client agent runs on its own computer, apart from the others, with access only to the accounts you connect.

You set the limits

You decide what the agent may do on its own and what it has to ask you first, such as sending a message to a new contact or anything that involves money.

We operate it

We watch the agents every day, fix problems and tell you what changed. You deal with us directly.

Agents in production

  • Latin America

Executive assistant for a consulting firm

The team writes to it on WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams. It works with their Microsoft 365 email, calendar and documents.

  • Dominican Republic

Personal assistant for a business owner

Works with the owner of a water company on WhatsApp, in Spanish: reminders, documents and flyers, and voice notes both ways.

  • ILBG

    Engineering agent

Builds and maintains Tegralys. It writes and tests code, ships changes and reports its progress.

  • ILBG

    Operations agent

Keeps our books in QuickBooks, issues electronic invoices, tracks cloud costs, reviews code and briefs our CEO every weekday morning.

Questions we get

Which channels can the agent use?
WhatsApp and email are the usual ones. It can also work with calendars, CRMs, QuickBooks and Microsoft 365 when you give it access.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. Our agents work in English and Spanish and answer in the language the person used.
Which AI does it use?
Claude, by Anthropic, running on Tether, our own agent framework.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the channels, the tools it connects to and how much it does. We quote after a first call.
