By accessing or using services provided by ILBG SAS ("ILBG," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website at ilbg.co and any related platforms, tools, or applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

ILBG provides technology consulting, software development, IT management, social media management, and related digital services to businesses. The specific scope and deliverables for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work between ILBG and the client.

Our services may integrate with or connect to third-party platforms (including but not limited to social media platforms, cloud providers, and analytics services). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. ILBG is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILBG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Medellin, Colombia.
