2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Information you provide: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and other details submitted through contact forms, account registration, or service agreements.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction patterns collected automatically when you use our website or services.
  • Third-party data: Information received from third-party platforms you authorize us to access on your behalf (e.g., social media accounts for management services).
  • Cookies and tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and analyze usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • To communicate with you about your account, projects, or inquiries.
  • To manage social media accounts and publish content on your behalf, as authorized.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
  • To analyze usage and improve our website and services.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers: Third-party tools and platforms used to deliver our services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, social media APIs).
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

9. Connected Accounting and Business Platforms

Our applications connect to third-party business platforms when you authorize them to, including Intuit QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and messaging platforms. Authorization is granted by you through the platform’s own consent screen and can be revoked there at any time.

From Intuit QuickBooks Online we access company profile details, customers and vendors, invoices, payments, bills, items, accounts, and related accounting records, strictly to keep your books synchronized with the work recorded in our systems and to produce your financial reporting. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for their own purposes, and we never use it for advertising or profiling.

Access tokens are stored encrypted, are restricted to the specific personnel who operate the integration, and are transmitted only over encrypted connections. If you disconnect the integration or ask us to delete the data, we stop all further access and remove the stored copies within 30 days, except where accounting or tax law requires us to keep a record. Requests go to developers@ilbg.co.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
